Community Partnerships
We are excited to partner with Lynnwood Police Department to offer free Women Empowered classes to the community!
The Women Empowered program has over 20 techniques that are divided into 15 lessons. Each class will cover a different lesson and focus on one or more of the 4 phases of an assault perpetrated by a stranger or non-stranger. These classes can be completed in any order.
Space is limited and preregistration is required. Email mmcdonald@lynnwoodwa.gov to register today to save your spot!
