Ken has over 20 years of experience teaching martial arts and is passionate about sharing Jiu Jitsu with others by providing the highest level of conceptual and systems based development best practices. He strives to deliver the best experience for all students no matter their age or experience level.
Ken is always learning and studying from other top level instructors. His methods and teaching style are heavily influenced by his instructor, Rob Biernacki from Island Top Team and BJJ Mental Models run by Steve Kwan, which incorporates scientific and conceptual methods for Jiu-Jitsu.
Striving to build community while also improving people's wellbeing with fitness, self-defense and mental health through regular training.

Jen embarked on her Jiu Jitsu journey over a decade ago, exploring different gyms across the greater Seattle area. It wasn’t until she discovered Ken’s teaching methods that her learning and growth significantly accelerated.
Actively involved in shaping PandaRoll Jiu Jitsu from its inception, Jen contributes not only as a coach on the mats but also in diverse roles such as web design, business planning, student management, and more.

Tony Frazelli
Assistant to the Kids Instructor
Tony has recently stepped into the role of Kids' Assistant Instructor at PandaRoll. With an extensive background as an Eagle Scout and Adult Leader in the Boy Scouts, he brings a wealth of experience in leadership and youth mentorship.
Tony’s goal is to create a welcoming, safe, and fun environment where kids can develop their skills, build confidence, and grow in character. He’s not just focused on teaching Jiu-Jitsu techniques, but is also committed to instilling values like discipline, respect, and perseverance in every young athlete he works with.
Still early in his own Jiu-Jitsu journey, Tony is excited to learn and improve right alongside his students. Whether he’s helping beginners master the basics or guiding more advanced kids toward their next milestone, Tony is here to inspire and support the next generation of martial artists.

Tahoe Tooch
Personal Trainer | Massage Therapist
Tahoe brings a wealth of experience as a massage therapist and exercise specialist, working with clients at all levels—from youth athletes to seasoned professionals. He is passionate about the belief that anyone, at any age, can exercise effectively, including practicing Jiu-Jitsu.
With a strong background in injury treatment and prevention, Tahoe specializes in managing the occasional aches and pains that naturally come with combat sports. His expertise enables him to help others stay active and perform at their best, both on and off the mats.
At PandaRoll Jiu-Jitsu, Tahoe aims to share simple, effective strategies for maintaining strength, mobility, and overall athleticism. A regular in the morning BJJ classes, he’s always ready to support and inspire others on their fitness and martial arts journeys.
